Recently an extraordinary 360 assessment of few leaders took placed where they were assessed on their leadership effectiveness and potential basis. There was a set of 25 questions about attitude in that assessment. Assessors found that five of the attitude questions correlated strongly with overall leadership effectiveness, since who strongly agreed with these particular attitudes had higher overall leadership effectiveness scores.
In today’s note we will have a glimpse on those 5 attitudes enabling leadership effectiveness.
Each of these attitudes are correlated to improve individual’s leadership effectiveness. You may want to focus on which attitude you don’t have, and cultivate it.
