Encouraging Each Other

Failure of Direction

Fork-in-the-RoadTo be a successful enterprise or to learn a new skill, the fundamental lesson is to stick to it rather than leaving it half done, work half done is equal to being not done. Also sticking to it, when the plan has no purposeful action is impractical. So you need to tweak the working strategy accordingly.

Like there are two sides of a coin similarly, to progress it is necessary to have more than one strategy in place.

Here are the types of directional failures we bring to your notice and also solutions regarding how to fix them:

1)    Failure of Tactics

Having a clear vision and a good strategy alone won’t do the job for you, if you lack proper execution. This failure of schemes examines the “how” parameter which indicates how you have failed to build tough systems and forgot to measure systems carefully and being lethargic towards fine detailing. To fix these criteria’s start with recording your processes followed by measurement of outcomes and eventually review the process to adjust the tactics accordingly.

2)    Failure of Strategy

This will be your answer to “what” was the flaw in deploying your basic strategy that fails to give you the ultimate results. Having a strategy is not a breakthrough but the crux lies in having a correct one. This will help you scrutinize the underlying problem. If the idea doesn’t seem to be of any good, discard it rather than sticking to it. To fix it quickly launch better ideas and revise the existing mistakes.

3)    Failure of Vision

It happens because your vision or goal for what you want to become doesn’t align with the actions you are taking. If you are ignorant of setting a clear vision, how will the employees understand the motive? Eventually, both employees and you will be unable to understand what to do and what not to do. Think critically and navigate through the disapproval to come up with a robust vision.

4)    Failure of Opportunity

Although, this is an indirect action element, but it still has a strong influence on the proper execution of a plan. Thus, focusing on the “who” element will provide the answer. It happens when an organization fails to provide equal opportunity for all people. Failures of opportunity are the result of many complex factors: age, race, gender, income, education, and more.

To conclude, it is not necessary that you may be following the wrong path but it may be the circumstances, because of which you are unable to locate the right path. It can be due to various distractions surrounding you. Be focused, stay focused and the vision will unveil itself.
