Honeybee, the first word that usually pops up into our mind when we hear “HONEY”. Well, do you know that the honeybee does not just gives us honey but also teaches us about life as well as business.
So, lets learn some of the lessons from the honey bees which are as below;
Team: Honeybees know that any task can be done independently but believes that team work is best and most efficient. Bees in their entire life keep on switching their jobs with each other as per the requirement of the team. They never say no to any work. They know how to focus on one particular job & at the same time if they need to help someone else with their job, then they also know how to multitask. They consider their team as a family. And they will always make sure every work is being done in its particular manner and at their particular time. And will always help the one that needs.
Give your 100%: Honeybees believe in complete dedication to each task that they work on. In the team, if any job needs to get done, then any bee that will be available will grab that and get it done. This makes them incredibly efficient and harmonious with their group.
Implementing change: Bees are nectar & pollen collectors, whenever they will read that any flower is with negative charge, they will change their charge only till she collects the nectar & pollen. So this is how a bee works towards implementing the change for their work that needs to get done and gets that done as well in all the circumstances.
Backbone of each other: Honey bees, being a team worker always makes sure that they help each other. Whenever any honey bee is unable to work for its team, the other available bee will jump in and get the other bees work done. They believe in supporting and helping each other. They will never let any bee into the trouble. Honey bees provides us the model of precise and compassionate community which can be only achieved by attentiveness, hard work and communication.
Hard-work, passion and dedication is what honey bee has to teach us. So let’s learn these lessons from the honey bee this Transformation Tuesday and work towards being a bee!
